"1940's Gentleman's Utility Wardrobe"
 
A wartime wardrobe, fully restored and ready to take pride of place in its new home!
 
We have contrast painted this piece in the RAL colour "Black Olive" which is a deep dark green tone.
 
The UK Board of Trade stamp for wartime utility furniture was on this piece, therefore dating manufacture to the 1940's, this was a mark of quality whilst using rationed materials during and after WW2.
