Due to the varied nature of the furniture we work with all of our items are one-off pieces. This guarantees you a unique piece of furniture, however, it also means we can't "take one off the shelf" and use a standard shipping service to get your purchase delivered. Our delivery is arranged through specialist furniture courier “XPERT Delivery" who we deem to be a cost-effective friendly and reliable service, their costs are calculated by the size of the product you purchase.

Delivery Times
We aim to deliver all pieces within 14 working days of purchase where possible. On some occasions (such as bank holidays & special events), delivery times may exceed the stated 14 working days. Delivery of your item(s) can be postponed and stored for short periods, please contact us prior to purchase.
Collection
To ensure a smooth collection service please contact us prior to travel, we will need your desired collection date and time. Please ensure you have valid proof of purchase and identity with you, if no proof is supplied upon collection, we reserve the right to refuse to release your purchase for security reasons.
Delivery Assistance
Our shipping involves a single person delivery who may need help unloading larger items from the van into your home. If there is no one available to assist in this way, please contact us prior to purchase so we can look at other delivery options.
Multiple Item Orders
Multiple purchases that are part of one order will be calculated at full-price for the highest banded item, with all other additional items being charged at half-price of their respective delivery costs shown in the table.
Geographical Cost Increases
Deliveries to some areas of the UK including Scotland, Cornwall, parts of Wales and Northern Ireland may be subject to an increased delivery charge. This charge will be automatically applied at checkout based on postcode.
Small Items
Smaller items from time-to-time may be despatched using a standard courier service.
Local Delivery
If you reside within a 5 mile radius of our store, we may be able to calculate reduced delivery costs using our regional shipping system. Please contact us to discuss this option prior to purchase.
Damage
When you receive your order please make sure you check for signs of damage. If you have any doubt, get in touch with us immediately.
Returns and Refunds
In the unlikely event you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer a 14 day money back guarantee.

Items must be returned to Revival with the same packing standard as received, within 14 days of the delivery date. Items that are returned without due care and attention (protection from damage) may be subject to refusal of refunds.

With the exception of damaged, faulty or incorrectly sent items, (which you must notify us immediately), return packaging/carriage costs must be organised by the customer and all initial delivery costs are non-refundable. We will require your contact details and order number.

Once the returned item has been received, we will fully inspect the item.
​
The refund will be reimbursed to the original payment method.
​
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the item is returned to Revival in the condition in which it was originally received; Revival will not issue refunds for items that are damaged upon return to us.

Please allow up to 30 days for returns and refunds to process.
